Sessions include personalized guidance, study, and meditation practices to help you explore mindfulness in your life and develop a grounded daily meditation practice.
The sessions are an hour and a half long and include guided meditations, inquiry, and discussion to help you unfold and develop your learnings. Daily life mindfulness practices and formal meditations will be responsive to your life's needs and shift at your pace as your practice deepens. These sessions are available in person or online via Zoom video conferencing.
