Virtual Meditation Sessions
Virtual Meditation Sessions provide a unique opportunity to practice with others and receive teacher instruction from the comfort of your home or wherever you may find yourself.
How it Works:
On the day of the class, connect via Zoom (free video conferencing platform) on your computer, tablet, or smartphone a few minutes before the scheduled time to join our virtual meditation session.
Sessions are 30 minutes long and include a guided meditation, practice instruction, discussion with an opportunity for dialogue and questions that will help you develop, deepen, and establish your personal mindfulness practice.
