So how can Stillness Rocks help? Stillness Rocks provides mindfulness instruction to educators, parents, teens, and anyone interested in discovering the principles and practices of mindfulness. Developing focused awareness through meditation and daily life mindfulness practices, we can nurture presence, compassion, and well-being amidst our busy lives. Mindfulness helps us walk towards authenticity and balanced relationships with ourselves, our family, friends, and colleagues. We focus on demystifying mindfulness and understanding the very practical nature of present moment awareness as we uncover the benefits and the neuroscience behind a meditation practice.
