Virtual Guided Meditation Sessions
Cultivate a Mindfulness Meditation Practice this Summer!
Guided meditations are 20-30 minutes long on Wednesday mornings at 8 am.
You're free to leave after the guided meditation, or you can stay on a little longer to ask questions or to discuss your developing practice.
How it Works:
Sign up your interest below, and you'll receive an email with a private Zoom link for the meditation session. This will be a recurring link. On the day of the class, connect via Zoom on your computer, tablet, or smartphone at the scheduled time.
