Mindfulness Taster
This Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and the many benefits of developing a meditation practice. This session includes an introduction to mindfulness, the neuroscience behind the practices, and guided meditation instruction to begin an exploration into well-being.

The Foundations of Mindfulness 8 Week Course
In this eight-week series we delve deeply into the foundational principles and practices of mindfulness and explore how to incorporate these in our lives. Learn about mindfulness of breath, body, thoughts, and emotions, and discover methods that nurture resilience, balance, loving-kindness, and compassion for self and others. This series will also include an exploration into the neuroscience of mindfulness, a guidebook, meditation recordings, and guided instruction to support the development of your personal mindfulness and meditation practice. For optimal results, you are asked to commit to a regular meditation practice throughout the course.

Mindfulness for Beginners 4 Week Course
This 4-week course is a great introduction to mindfulness for those who want to begin an exploration into mindfulness, but find they are currently unable to commit to the 8-week course. Mindfulness for Beginners will include an introduction to mindfulness as well as an exploration of mindfulness of body, thoughts, emotions, and loving-kindness. Readings and guided meditation recordings will be provided to support your learning. You are asked to engage in a regular meditation practice throughout the course.

Deepening Your Practice: Four Week Course and Silent Retreat
Deepening Your Practice is a course designed for those who have completed the 8 Week Foundations of Mindfulness Course. This course will help you delve more deeply into the foundational practices, expand your experiential learning, and encourage your personal practice to grow deeper roots. We will also learn some new practices to add to your mindfulness tool box, while allowing more time for inquiry, questions, and discussion.
