What you will Learn:
Week 1:Delving Deeply into Breath & Body. We will explore the subtle aspects of breath and how sustained focus nurtures calm and stillness. We will also explore what supports you in sustaining a mindfulness practice, what gets in the way, and how to work with both of these energies.
Week 2: Working with Difficult Emotions and Stepping Out of Our Stories. Our stories and the difficult emotions that arise are what often keep us stuck. This week we’ll explore working with these in ways that can be liberating. We’ll also look at how to apply intention and attention in ways that support our growing mindfulness.
Week 3: The Power of Self-Compassion This week we’ll look at how Self-Compassion nurtures Resilience. We will also expand our Loving-Kindness practice to include all beings and discuss how using Compassion and Loving-Kindness practices can support our relationships.
Week 4: Finding Balance and Strength. The final week we will learn how equanimity and joy practices support balance and strength. We will also explore how to nurture strength in our daily lives and curiosity to keep our practice going.
