Learn the principles and practices of mindfulness with a focus on educators. In this eight-week series, we will explore the foundations of mindfulness and how to use the practices in our lives and in the classroom.
We will learn about mindfulness of body, thoughts, and emotions, and discover methods that nurture presence, kindness, and compassion for self and others. This series will also include an exploration into the neuroscience of mindfulness, and guided instruction and discussion to support your personal mindfulness and meditation practice.
